Below are some common questions & concerns of our clients. If you have other questions,

Normal dose : Take one capsule in the morning with a little water, 5 min before breakfast on an empty stomach. Only on advice of your doctor, you can temporarily take 2 capsules per day: one in the morning and one in the evening.

PraeCell® is is not recommended in case of allergy to soy, tomatoes or cherries and during pregnancy or lactation. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart (icon in top right corner). When you’re ready to place your order, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal contact (email and phone number) and delivery information and also pay for the order.

Make sure to double check that you have filled in all of your details correctly to ensure a smooth transaction and to enable your order to be delivered without any complications. Once shipped it is not possible to change the delivery address.

If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation via the email address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us so we can assist you in this matter.

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after the item has been scanned by our warehouse and is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us containing your package tracking information. Please bear in mind it might take a few hours for the link to activate.

Your local freight company will have the most accurate information on the status of the delivery and may give you options to schedule your delivery as required.

If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

There is always an invoice included in the package when it is delivered.

Should you wish to have the receipt removed from your order, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that for orders to countries outside the EU (UK, US, Hong Kong, India and China), we are required by law to include commercial invoices in the shipment to state the shipment’s value. The order cannot be delivered without this invoice.

If you receive your package, and it is not what you ordered or the item is faulty (damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault), please contact us immediately with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will do everything we can to correct the matter as promptly as possible.

We currently ship from the EU to most countries around the world. Please allow for extended shipping time frames due to delays caused by COVID-19, particularly for international orders.

International buyers
Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.

Shipping rates vary depending on region and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable outside the EU if the item has shipped. Shipping fees are subject to change based on carrier rates. 

Our current standard shipping rates are (subject to change):
- Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxembourg: €7.50 (free shipping cost for orders more than 90 euros)
- Rest of the EU: €9.00
- UK & Switzerland: €10.00
- US & Canada: €15.00
- Rest of the world: €20.00

International buyers

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it.

Please note that the standard delivery time of 4-8 business days is an estimate only and may vary depending on factors like distance, local holidays, and other circumstances outside of Health Science International‘s or the courier’s control. Packages are not processed, shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable does sometimes happen. External factors outside of Health Science International‘s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. 

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns and holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

The prices on our website are stated in Euro (€).

Please note these prices exclude possible customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Health Science International is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when handling your order from our website. Should you have any questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout once you have entered the country of delivery.

Health Science International does not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Shopify, our payment service provider with secure encryption, and adhering to strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

You can return unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

To request a return, please contact us first. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card by your bank.

If your item has been marked as 'delivered' on your local carrier website but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route.

Please note that Health Science International is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. We will file a claim on your behalf in the case that there are issues with your delivery. You can contact us but we recommend that you also reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
